Shipment processing time

Most orders are shipped the day of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Shipment charges include postage and handling

Please allow 2-3 days to create these beautiful masterpieces

Estimated Delivery Times:
All orders are shipped using Standard shipping please allow 3-5 business days.
Orders outside of the United States can take up to a month or more for delivery.

Overnight delivery is only available upon request for orders with delivery addresses within the United States please contact us for a separate invoice to indicate delivery charge and payment.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Order tracking is only available within the United States

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Knotty Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Damages
​
If you receive your package damaged please contact us at TheHandyPucker@gmail.com and send a photo of the damaged mailer/package. We will resend your package and be in contact.

Lost
​
Knotty Labs is not responsible for any lost packages outside of the United States since tracking is only available within the U.S.

Returns and Exchanges
Because of the nature of the items they can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All sales are final.
